NUVAIR – Pro Carbon Dioxide Analyzer 9616 – Handheld (CO2)
The handheld Nuvair Pro CO2 Alarm Analyzer measures carbon dioxide levels in breathing gas mixtures and air. Two custom audible and visual alarms for low and high set points. The wall plug-in comes standard but a rechargeable lithium battery is also available.
The Nuvair Pro CO2 Alarm Analyzer can be connected inline on your high or low pressure compressor for continuous carbon dioxide monitoring or used periodically on specific gas sources or in contained spaced. The CO2 sensor is auto-calibrating and provides a temperature-compensated, linear CO2 measurement over sensing range.
Audible and visual alarms for low and high carbon dioxide content can be set by the user. If the alarm sounds, the analog output can activate an optional relay that shuts down equipment automatically, sounds a remote alarm, or activates emergency backup systems.
PLEASE NOTE: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required.
