DELIVERY POLICY
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you of the estimated lead time before the item is shipped.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to most locations worldwide. It is understood that these products are intended for their final destination. If you are planning to transship items, you must provide the country of ultimate destination. Transshipment to, or use of our products in, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria is prohibited and violates U.S. sanctions.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery estimates are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Barring exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill orders within 15 business days from the order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that delivery dates may vary based on carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and the items ordered. Items may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide them at the time of your order. We can also ship using your preferred carrier account if requested.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the selected delivery method. To determine the shipping cost, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations or for oversized and heavy items. You will be notified of any such charges during checkout.
Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory to which the order is shipped.
6. Damaged Items in Transit

8. In-Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order from our store location instead of having it shipped.

To collect your order, please bring:
- A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital)
- A valid government-issued photo ID
If someone else will be picking up your order, please contact us in advance to authorize the pickup. You will need to provide the individual’s full name and a copy of their identification.
Orders must be picked up within 6 business days from the order date. If not collected within this time frame, the order may be canceled and refunded, subject to applicable restocking fees.
