AXSUB® – BTGAS_100L_B_C10 – Bump Test Gas Bottle, 100L, C-10 port type, 10ppm Carbon Monoxide (CO), 23% Oxygen (O2) and 1000ppm Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Certified calibration test gas formulated for analyzers used by air and nitrox divers who wish to test under the CGA Grade D and Grade E standards for maximum allowable carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide content. Reduced oxygen content also tests oxygen analyzers (alarm testing). Contains 10ppm* carbon monoxide (CO), 1000 ppm* carbon dioxide (CO2), and 23% oxygen (O2) with the balance in nitrogen (N2). 100 L (3.5 cu ft) cylinder equipped with a C10 valve. Requires a compatible C10 regulator (REG-VG1000SS-C10), sold separately.

* Represents CGA (Compressed Gas Association) Grade D and Grade E maximum parts per million (ppm) gas content.

WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator (like the 400-100 Calibration Test Gas Regulator) may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death.
