This simple foam spacer, placed into a standard head cushion, positions the head correctly in the helmet by using a larger foam piece in the lower neck area to push the head forward into the oral nasal mask.

The kit is compatible with Kirby Morgan head cushion P/Ns: 510-682, 510-754, and 510-521.
