3M™ Scotchcast™ Splice Kit, Y-Splice, 3M-82-BF1

The Scotchcast™ Splice Kit 3M-82-BF1 ”Y” Inline Splice Kits are used for unshielded wet or dry portable power cables and cords with copper conductors. The mold can be cut to the right diameter of cable. The mold is removable and reusable. The 3M^TM Splice Kits is rated up to 5 kilovolts for single conductor and up to 1 kilovolts for multiple conductors.

Each Inline Splice kit makes one splice. The 3M-82-BF1 Inline Splice kit includes :

• One-piece removable mold made for a cable OD between 0.25 and 0.80 inches.
• Scotchcast™ 2131 Resin Compound bag (Size B)
• Scotch 23 Tape, for sealing mold ends
• Abrasive cloth
